摘要

基于信息化与教育结合的日益密切，为解决《营养与食品卫生学》教学中知识点细碎烦琐、学生兴趣缺失等常见问题，通过Micro-lecture的融入，从教学内容选择、软件运用设计、教学环节互动规划和建设存在的问题等多方面进行探索，以培养学生的自主学习能力，实现教学资源的系统化和多样化，为本课程教学方法开辟新模式。

Abstract

The traditional teaching of

Nutrition and Food Hygiene

is faced with fragmentary and tedious knowledge points

students' lack of interest

and other problems. As informatization has been increasingly combined with education

the introduction of microlectures provides a solution to the disadvantages of the traditional teaching method for Nutrition and Food Hygiene. This new teaching mode aims to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and systematize and diversify education resources

by exploring various aspects including teaching content selection

software application and design

and the planning and construction of teaching interaction.
