Objective:To introduce a method which can effectually extract records of eyeblink response and analyze wave shape of eyeblink startle response

eyeblink conditioned response and eyeblink unconditioned response in conscious guinea pigs.Methods:Sine wave sounds and medical oxygen flow bundle were used successively as conditioned stimulus and unconditioned stimulus to train guinea pigs

to establish eyeblink conditioned response.High-resolution and low-torque muscle tension transducers were used to measure eyeblink activity in the process

these measurements were analyzed.Results:The method could rapidly and accurately extract and analyze records of eyeblink response

and was consistent with other reported.Conclusion:The eyeblink response measurement method and analyzing process are simple and the result is accurate.The method can be used to study the change of eyeblink activity topology parameter in training process of eyeblink conditioned response in small rodents.
