摘要

目的　观察胶原酶溶盘术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法　对20例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用经椎板外切迹或经小关节内侧缘穿刺硬膜外腔注射胶原酶行溶盘术治疗。结果　本组近期优良率为85％，无并发症发生。结论　只要严格选择适应证及穿刺进路，胶原酶溶盘术是腰椎间盘突出症保守疗法中较有前途的方法。

Abstract

：Objective To evaluate the curative effect of collagenase discolysis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Twenty cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated with discolysis by injection of collagenase into epidural space. Results The curative effect were graded into 4 categories. i.e. excellent in 8 (40％) cases

good in 9 (45％)

fair in 1 (5％) and poor in 2 (10%). There were fewer complications. Conclusion Collagenase discolysis is an ideal effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
