摘要

目的 :利用中效原理观察顺铂、足叶乙甙配伍在体外对人肺癌细胞株（PAa）的相互作用

判断联合用药的效果。方法 :采用MTT法利用中效原理判断联合用药的效果。结果 :两种药物单独应用时随药物剂量增加

其效应也增加

两种药物合用时产生协同作用

两种药物合用时的浓度比例及给药时间次序不同均会影响效应大小。结论 :上述两种药物合用产生协同作用

合用时的效应大小与两种药物浓度比例及给时间次序有关

Abstract

Objective: The median-effect principle was used to evaluate the killing effects of DDP and VP-16 on human lung cancer cell line(PAa).Methods:The median-effect principle was used.Results:Killing effects of the individual drugs were enhanced as drag concentration increased. We also observed that the interacter of drugs was synergistic . The ratio of drug concentrations and the sequence of adminiatration were factors to influence the killing effects. Conclusion:The drug administration order and drug concentrations are significant factors that need to be considered in clinical practice.
