摘要

用双抗体夹心法建立人血清Ⅳ型胶原的ＥＬＩＳＡ检测法，方法快速、稳定，灵敏度为１６ｎｇ／ｍｌ，批内变异系数为８．５２％，批间变异系数为９．２３％，回收率为９５．２８％，与间质胶原无交叉反应。测定１１０例健康成人血清Ⅳ型胶原浓度均值是３４．３６±１９．４１ｎｇ／ｍｌ。临床应用于９６例肝纤维化及３０例慢性肾功能不全患者血清Ⅳ型胶原浓度测定，其均值明显高于正常人浓度，有显著差异。

Abstract

A sandwich type of enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay for serum human type tV collagen was established.The method is fast and stable.The sensitivity of the immunoassay was 16ng/ml. The CV value of intra-assayswas 8.52%

and that of inter - assays was 9.23% .The accuracy was 95.28%. No cross reaction was found with typeI collagen. The concentrations of serum Type IV collagen from 110 adult healthy persons were 34.36±19.41ng/ml.Serum samples from 96 patients with Liver cirrhosis and 30 patients with chronic renainsufficiency showedincreased value of serum Type tV collagen concentration compared with those from the healthy controls in avery significant degree.
