摘要

本文测量了重庆地区成年人干燥颈椎100套（男性58套、女性42套）横突孔的矢径和横径

观察了横突孔的形状。颈椎横突孔的形状以椭圆形较多

近圆形次之

不规则形最少;双横突孔的出现率为13.69±0.92（191例）

以C

较多。此外

还在20具尸体中

测量了C

横突孔下口处推静脉的外径;C

横突孔下口处椎动脉、椎静脉和椎动脉神经的外径。且还观察了椎动脉和椎静脉在C

横突孔下口处的位置关系

Abstract

100 sets of the cervical vertebrae from Chongqing were observed and measured (male 58

female 42} for the sagittal and transverse diameters of the foramen of the transverse process as well as the shape of the foramen.For the shape of the transverse foramen

most of them were elliptical

but some oval

round or irregular in shape; the double transverse foramen was often occured on C6

the incidence being 13.96+ 0.92%. Author.also used 20 cases of cadavers (40 sides) to determine the diameter of the vertebral vein at the lower margin of the transverse foramen of C7 and also the diameter of the vertebral artery

vertebral vein and vertebral nerve at the lower margin of the transverse foramen of C6 and the relationrhip between them .
