摘要

目的

分析腰椎动力链训练在经皮内窥镜腰椎间盘切除术后分期康复中的临床疗效。

方法

选取在我院行经皮内窥镜腰椎间盘切除术的腰椎间盘突出症患者83例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组41例患者行常规康复训练治疗，观察组42例患者行腰椎动力链训练治疗。比较2组患者训练前和训练后第1、3、6个月的生存质量测定量表简表（QOL-BREF）评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评分、日本骨科协会（JOA）评分、简版McGill疼痛问卷（SF-MPQ）评分及不良症状发生情况。

结果

与对照组相比，观察组患者康复期QOL-BREF评分和JOA评分更高，而SF-MPQ评分、ODI评分和不良症状发生率更低，差异均有统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

腰椎间盘突出患者行经皮内窥镜腰椎间盘切除术后采用分期腰椎动力链训练在改善患者生活质量和腰椎功能，减轻康复期疼痛，降低不良症状发生率等方面均具有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective

To analyze the clinical effect of lumbar dynamic chain training in staged rehabilitation after percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy.

Methods

A total of 83 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.Totally 41 patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training treatment，and 42 patients in the observation group were given lumbar dynamic chain training treatment. The quality of life BREF（QOL-BREF） score，Oswestry disability index（ODI） score，Japanese orthopedic association （JOA） score，short-form of McGill pain questionnaire （SF-MPQ） score，and the incidence of adverse symptoms before training and 1，3，and 6 months after training were compared between the two groups of patients.

Results

Compared with the control group，the patients in the observation group had higher QOL-BREF score and JOA score，and lower SF-MPQ score，ODI score and incidence of adverse symptoms in the rehabilitation period，with statistically significant differences （

0.05）.

Conclusion

Staged lumbar dynamic chain training for patients with lumbar disc herniation after percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy is of positive significance in improving the quality of life and lumbar function of patients，alleviating pain in the rehabilitation period，and reducing the incidence of adverse symptoms.
