摘要

目的

探讨经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗妊娠期肠梗阻的效果。

方法

通过随机数字表法将2021年1月至2022年1月本院接收的92例妊娠期肠梗阻患者分为观察组（46例，采用经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗）和对照组（46例，采用普通鼻胃管进行胃肠减压）。观察2组患者疗效、胃肠功能以及免疫功能情况，并记录母婴结局。

结果

观察组患者总有效率高于对照组（

0.05）。2组患者治疗后的CD

T淋巴细胞水平上升，IgG、IgA、IgM、CD

T淋巴细胞水平降低，且观察组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。观察组患者治疗后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均早于对照组（

0.05）。观察组中有42例（91.30%）患者经保守治疗后足月分娩，母婴结局良好，对照组中有35例（76.09%）经保守治疗后康复出院，2组患者康复出院率比较差异具有统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术能有效改善妊娠期肠梗阻患者胃肠功能，提高免疫功能及康复率。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the effect of nasal intestinal obstruction catheter placement in the treatment of intestinal obstruction during pregnancy.

Methods

A total of 92 patients with intestinal obstruction during pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into the observation group （46 cases，treated with nasal intestinal obstruction catheter placement） and the control group （46 cases，treated with ordinary nasogastric tube for gastrointestinal decompression） by random number table method.The curative effect，gastrointestinal function and immune function of patients in the two groups were observed，and the maternal and infant outcomes were recorded.

Results

The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（

0.05）. After treatment，the levels of CD

T lymphocytes increased in both groups of patients，while the levels of IgG，IgA，IgM，and CD

T lymphocytes decreased，and those in the observation group were superior to the control group，with statistically significant differences （

0.05）. The recovery time of bowel sounds，anal exhaust time and first defecation time after treatment in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group （

0.05）. A total of 42 patients （91.30%） in t

he observation group delivered at full term after conservative treatment，with good maternal and infant outcomes； 35 patients （76.09%） in the control group recovered and discharged after conservative treatment，there was a statistically significant difference in the recovery and discharge rate between patients of the two groups（

0.05）.

Conclusion

Nasal intestinal obstruction catheter placement can effectively improve gastrointestinal function of patients with intestinal obstruction during pregnancy，and enhance the immune function and recovery rate.
