摘要

目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-11（MMP-11）和基质金属蛋白抑制物-1（TIMP-1）在月经过少患者子宫内膜中的表达与月经过少发病机制的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测MMP-11蛋白和TIMP-1蛋白在月经过少子宫内膜和正常子宫内膜中的表达。结果:月经过少组子宫内膜MMP-11蛋白表达在增殖期腺上皮和间质均显著低于正常子宫内膜（P<0.05

P<0.05）;月经过少组子宫内膜腺上皮中TIMP-1蛋白表达

在增殖期和分泌期均显著低于正常子宫内膜（P<0.05

P<0.05）。而间质细胞TIMP-1蛋白表达在增殖期和分泌期与正常子宫内膜间质细胞差异无显著性（P>0.05

P>0.05）。结论:MMP-11可能参与了子宫内膜的重建、增生。MMP-11的调节为多因素调节

TIMP-1仅是其中因素之一。

Abstract

Objective:To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-11(MMP-11)and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases-1(TIMP-1)in endometrium of hypomenorrhea patients and its association with the pathogenesis of hypomenorrhea.Methods:Immunohistochemical S-P assay was used to detect the expression of MMP-11 protein and TIMP-1 protein in endometrium of hypomenorrhea patients and in normal endometrium.Results:MMP-11 expression in endometrial glandular cells and stromal cells of hypomenorrhea patients was lower than that of normal subjects(P<0.05

P<0.05).TIMP-1 expression in endometrial glandular cells was lower than that of normal subjects during the proliferative and secretory phases(P<0.05

P<0.05).TIMP-1 expression in stromal cells was not significiantly different between hypomenorrhea patients and normal subjects during the proliferative and secretory phases(P>0.05

P>0.05).Conclusions:MMP-11 might participate in the re-establishment and generation of endometrium.There are multiple factors in regulatoring the expression of MMP-11.TIMP-1 is just one of the factors.
