Objective:To provide theoretical data for the neotype biomaterial prothesis design and insertion of the lunate.Methods:Amphi-wrists of health adults(50 male s & 50 females)were scanned by CT.The formatting documents of DICOM were obtained

the lunate was reconstructed by MIMICS

and measured according to the designing requirement.Results:Length of lunate body was(15.40±1.25)mm

Width of lunate body was(12.64±1.43)mm

Height of lunate body was(6.00±1.16)mm

Maximal macroaxis angle of capitate-lunate articular surface was151.86°±6.36°

and Proximate Angle of radius-lunate was 79.18°±5.87°.Conclusion:The related data of lunate are all key indexes to designing and inserting the neotype biomaterial prothesis of the lunate.It is feasible to design the prothesis fit for Chinese according to these data.
