Objective To explore the effect of nursing points integrated release program in pre-hospital emergency care for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in the emergency department of a hospital in Henan from December 2018 to December 2020 were se-lected for the study. The random number table method was used to divide the patients into observation and con-trol groups
with 43 cases in each. Patients in the control group received conventional pre-hospital emergency care for acute cerebral infarction; patients in the observation group were given pre-hospital emergency care ac-cording to the nursing points integrated release program. The time of pre-hospital emergency care and hospital stay was compared between the two groups; the prognosis and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared at the time of discharge; the scores of the Mini Mental State Exam(MMSE)
the brief Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and the Canadian Neurological Scale(CNS) were compared between the two groups. Results The pre-hospital emergency care time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group
and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The recov-ery rate of patients in the observation group was greater than that in the control group
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The MMSE and FMA scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group
while the CNS scores were lower than those in the control group
and the differ-ences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent quality of life rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing points integrated release program can shorten the pre-hospital emergency care time and hos-pitalization time of acute cerebral infarction patients
help improve the prognosis and recovery of cognitive
motor and neurological functions of patients
improve the quality of life of patients
and play a positive role in pre-hospi-tal emergency nursing work. Thus
