Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is a common knee injury，especially in active youth. ACL injury can not only cause short-term knee pain，swelling，mobility dysfunction，but also cause long-term knee snap，stuck，joint instability in serious cases. Regardless of whether surgical treatment is performed

people are paying increasing attention to the rehabilitation treatment after ACL injury. Conservative management，surgical therapy，postoperative rehabilitation，and return to exercise for patients with ACL injuries remain controversial among clinicians. In this paper，this article reviewed controversial points in the diagnosis and treatment of ACL injury in detail，provide evidence for clinical practice.
