摘要

上皮性卵巢癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤，由于缺乏早期的筛查手段，发现时往往已为晚期，其复发率高，5 年生存率低，仅40% 左右。上皮性卵巢癌规范治疗非常重要，满意的肿瘤细胞减灭术、以铂类为基础的联合化疗以及维持治疗是上皮性卵巢癌患者获益的基石和关键。随着靶向治疗及免疫治疗等精准医疗手段的飞速发展，贝伐珠单抗在上皮性卵巢癌一线治疗中的价值如何？本文通过梳理贝伐珠单抗在上皮性卵巢癌一线治疗中的重要临床研究及进展，探寻它在上皮性卵巢癌一线治疗中的地位和作用，为该类患者的临床选择提供依据。

Abstract

Epithelial ovarian cancer is a common malignant tumor in gynecology.Due to the lack of early screening tools，it is gen⁃ erally found at an advanced stage，with high rate of recurrence and low 5-year survival rate hovering around 40%.Standard treatment is extremely important，and satisfactory cytoreductive surgery，platinum-based combination chemotherapy，and maintenance therapy are the cornerstones and keys to benefit patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.With the rapid development of precision medicine such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy，what is the value of bevacizumab in the first-line treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer? This pa⁃ per explored the status and role of bevacizumab in the first-line treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer by sorting out the important clini⁃ cal studies and progress in the first line treatment and provided basis for the clinical selection of epithelial ovarian cancer patients.
