摘要

内镜黏膜下剥离术（endoscopic submucosal dissection，ESD）是治疗早期消化道肿瘤的首选方法，但因其具有较高的技术难度，可能会发生较严重的并发症，因此术中保持良好的剥离视野是ESD 操作成功的关键。术中适当应用辅助牵引技术可以降低手术难度、保障手术的安全性。本文对近年来临床常用的体外与体内辅助牵引技术在内镜黏膜下剥离术中的应用进展做一综述，以供临床参考与借鉴。

Abstract

Endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD）is the first choice for the treatment of early gastrointestinal tumors，but it is technically difficult and may cause serious complications. The key to perform successful ESD operation is to maintain a good field of vision. Therefore，the appropriate application of assisted traction technology can reduce the difficulty of surgery and ensure the safety of surgery. This article reviewed the commonly used auxiliary traction techniques in recent years for clinical reference.
