Objective To study the expression of tumor-related factor TSHR in papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC），to reveal the pathogenesis of papillary thyroid carcinoma and to provide new ideas for detection，diagnosis and treatment of PTC. Methods 30 speci⁃mens of PTC and normal tissues were got form PTC patients，and the expression of TSHR and BRAF were detected by Western blot and RT-PCR . Results TSHR expression was higher in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues than that in adjacent non-tumor tissues（P<0.05）. TSHR expression was positively correlated with BRAF expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues（P<0.05）. Conclu⁃sion The expression level of TSHR in papillary thyroid cancer cells was significantly higher than that in normal tissues，and it was posi⁃tively correlated with the expression of BRAF，which could be related to the passive expression of TSHR stimulated by the progression of papillary thyroid cancer.
