摘要

体验式教学是一种实践性、反思性及情境性的教学方法。本文通过对国内外文献的系统梳理，总结了体验式教学的特点和组织形式，重点探讨了在老年护理领域的应用现状、存在问题，为我国老年护理教学方式的改革提供参考性建议。

Abstract

Experiential teaching is a practical

reflective

and situational teaching method. Based on the systematic review of literature published worldwide

this paper summarizes the characteristics and organizational forms of experiential teaching

with a focus on its current application and existing problems in teaching geriatric nursing. This review provides suggestions for the reform of teaching methods of geriatric nursing in China.
