摘要

本研究旨在介绍成果导向教育（outcome-based education，OBE）理念的内涵、特点、实施要素及内容，总结其在临床实践教学中的应用现状及效果，分析其在应用过程中面临的挑战及建议，以期为OBE理念在医学临床实践教学中更好地应用提供基础和启示。

Abstract

This article aims to introduce the connotation

characteristics

implementation elements

and contents of the outcome-based education (OBE) concept

summarize its application status and effect in clinical practice teaching

and analyze the challenges and suggestions in the application process

in order to provide the basis and enlightenment for better application of the OBE concept in medical clinical practice teaching.
