摘要

目的

了解重庆市住院医师抑郁症现状及其影响因素，探讨抑郁症与住院医师规范化培训（以下简称“住培”）管理满意度的关系。

方法

采用分层随机整群抽样的方法，选取重庆市目前参与住培的住院医师372名，分别采用健康问卷抑郁量表（patient health questionnaire，PHQ-9）、住培管理满意度问卷，对重庆市住院医师抑郁症现状及住培管理满意度进行横断面调查。使用SPSS 21.0软件包进行偏相关分析和二分类logistic回归分析，探讨抑郁症与住培管理满意度的关系。

结果

372名住院医师中轻度抑郁症及以上程度抑郁症发生人数为218人（58.60%）。不同年龄、学历、婚姻情况、工作时长、住培管理满意度的住院医师抑郁症发生程度比较，差异有统计学意义（

0.001。偏相关分析表明，住院医师抑郁症总分与住培管理满意度5个方面（总分、指导教师、培训基地、管理人员、住培收入）存在负相关（

结论

重庆市住院医师抑郁症发生率较高，年龄、学历、婚姻情况、工作时长、住培管理满意度与抑郁症发生程度相关，且抑郁症程度越高，住培管理满意度越低。相关部门应重视住院医师心理健康，并提高住培质量。

Abstract

Objective

To understand the current situation and influencing factors of depression among residents in Chongqing

and to explore the relationship between depression and administration satisfaction of the standardized residency training.

Methods

Stratified random cluster sampling was used to select 372 residents currently participating the standardized residency training in Chongqing. The patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9) and administration satisfaction of residency training questionnaire were used to conduct a cross-sectional survey on the depression status and satisfaction of residents in Chongqing. SPSS 21.0 software package was used for partial correlation analysis and binary logistic regression analysis to explore the relationship between depression and administration satisfaction of the standardized residency training.

Results

Among the 372 residents

218 had mild depression and above (58.60%). There was a significant difference in the incidence of depression among residents of different ages

Conclusion

The incidence of depression among residents in Chongqing is high. Age

the lower the administration satisfaction of residents. Relevant departments should pay attention to the mental health of residents and improve the quality of standardized residency training.
