ABSRTACT Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of testicular seminoma and lymphoma.Methods A total of 80 cases of single lesions of testicular tumor were selected

including 50 cases of testicular seminoma and 30 cases of testicular lymphoma

all cases were confirmed by operation and pathology.The paramerers among groups were compared.The diagnositic model was established and Logistic regression analysis was conducted.Results Between testicular seminoma and lymphoma
