The standardized training system for resident physicians is an important part and core content of medical students’ post-graduation education

as well as an important measure to improve medical quality and protect public health. The training base has been constantly improving teaching methods and modes in practice to train ultrasonic residents equipping with six core competencies. This paper focuses on sharing the construction of teacher training and resident physician core competency training

in order to promote communication in the training bases.
