Cardiac masses are a kind of diseases with extremely low incidence but seriously threating the life of patients. Its clinical manifestation is lack of specificity

and treatment and prognosis is totally different by their nature. Therefore

the early detection and diagnosis of cardiac masses is very important for patients. Myocardial contrast echocardiography is a new technique developed in recent years

which can qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the perfusion of cardiac masses and provide evidence for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. This paper reviews the application progress of myocardial contrast echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiac masses.
