OBJECTIVE: To predict the target of action of the active ingredients of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder on perimenopausal syndrome based on the network pharmacology platform

and to explore the specific mechanism of action of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. METHODS: Relevant targets of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder were searched through Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform

related targets of perimenopausal syndrome were identified by GeneCards database

composition-target network of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder was constructed by STRING database and Cytoscape software

and the targets

biological processes and related pathways of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome were analyzed. RESULTS: A total of 130 compounds and 272 corresponding targets of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder were screened. There were 47 targets of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome
