OBJECTIVE: To probe into the general characteristics and regularities of adverse drug reactions( ADR) induced by Yanhuning injection
so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS:Retrospective analysis method was used to analyze 405 ADR reports collected by Xi’an Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center database from 2014 to 2019. RESULTS: Among the 405 patients with ADR induced by Yanhuning injection
the proportion of patients < 10 years old was the highest
which was 49. 14%( 199 cases). Totally 313 patients( 77. 28%) had skin and appendage damage
the main clinical manifestations were rash
pruritus and urticaria in varying degrees. In addition
systemic reaction
administration site reaction and gastrointestinal reaction were common ADR
which were quite different from the description in the drug instructions. Treatment measures were taken for 231 patients( 57. 04%) with ADR. ADR in 242 patients( 59. 75%) were resolved. CONCLUSIONS: Drug manufacturers should strengthen ADR monitoring of Yanhuning injection and update the drug instructions in time. The prevention and monitoring of ADR induced by Yanhuning injection should be strengthened clinically to ensure the safety of medication for patients.
