In recent years

the overuse of proton pump inhibitor（ PPI） has become increasingly prominent

and various potential adverse drug reactions induced by long-term application have also become a focus of attention.In addition

long-term application of PPI can easily lead to multiple medications and increase the risk of drug interactions and adverse drug reactions in patients.Therefore

it is of great significance to deprescribe the PPI and apply it scientifically and rationally.This thesis briefly describes the deprescribing of PPI

which can provide a reference for promoting the rational clinical application of PPI and avoiding the risk of medication.
