OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of rosuvastatin combined with ticagrelor on serum endothelin-1( ET-1) and tissue plasminogen activator( t PA) levels in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction( STEMI) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI). METHODS: Totally 120 patients with acute STEMI admitted into Xingtai Third Hospital from Jun. 2017 to Jun. 2018 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the observation group via the random number table
with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with aspirin +tigrello antiplatelet therapy and PCI. On this basis
the control group was treated with atorvastatin
while the observation group received rosuvastatin. Blood lipid indicators [total cholesterol( TC)
low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C)
and triacylglycerol( TG) ]
flow-mediated vasodilation( FMD) and serum ET-1 and t PA levels of two groups were observed
and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in two groups were compared. RESULTS: After treatment
the levels of TC
LDL-C and TG in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment
and the levels of TC and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group
with statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). The FMD level of two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment
and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group
with statistically significant differences( P<0. 05). The serum ET-1 level in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment
and the t PA level was significantly higher than that before treatment; meanwhile
the serum ET-1 level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group
and the t PA level was significantly higher than that in the control group
with statistically significant differences( P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group and the control group was 3. 33%( 2/60) and 5. 00%( 3/60)
respectively
with no significant difference( P> 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS:Rosuvastatin combined with ticagrelor for acute STEMI patients undergoing PCI can effectively regulate blood lipids
