OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy and safety of two different therapeutic regimens( aspirin combined with clopidogrel
aspirin combined with low-molecular-weight heparin) via random number table in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with posterior circulation arterial stenosis. METHODS: 160 patients who were first attacked by cerebral infarction and diagnosed with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction were admitted into Affiliated Hospital of the Medical College of Qingdao University from Apr. 2018 to Mar. 2019
which were divided into control group( aspirin combined with clopidogrel) and treatment group( aspirin combined with low-molecular-weight heparin) via random number table
with 80 cases in each group. Both groups were assessed for neurological deficits by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale( NIHSS) before treatment and at the 7 th and 14 th days of treatment.Changes of blood coagulation function during medication was observed
and the incidences of related complications such as symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage and systemic organ bleeding during medication were recorded. RESULTS:At the 14 th days of treatment
the FIB
APTT
PT and NIHSS scores of both groups had been significantly improved
with statistically significant differences( P<0. 05); at the 14 th day of treatment
the NIHSS score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group
with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). During medication
the incidences of bleeding events of control group and treatment groups were respectively 2. 50%( 2/80)and 3. 75%( 3/80)
the difference had no statistical significance( P>0. 05). After treatment
the scores of improved RANKING scale and improved Barthel index scale of treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group
with statistically significant differences( P<0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of aspirin combined with lowmolecular-weight heparin in treatment of acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction induced by arterial stenosis is better than that of aspirin combined with clopidogrel
