Objective: To probe into the application value of dopamine combined with captopril in the treatment of children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure. Methods: A total of 92 children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure admitted into Hubei Suizhou Central Hospital from 2016 to 2018 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the study group via the random number table
with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment
while the study group received dopamine combined with captopril. The clinical symptoms and signs
the improvement of myocardial enzyme levels in two groups were observed
and the clinical efficacy and drug safety were evaluated. Results: Compared with the control group
the heart rate (HR)
respiratory rate (RR)
lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)
aspartate transaminase (AST)
creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) decreased in the study group after treatment
while the blood oxygen saturation (SaO2) increased. The length of stay
the recovery time of HR and RR
the disappearance time of lung rales and wheezing in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups. Conclusion: Dopamine combined with captopril can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure
improve the myocardial enzyme levels and shorten the length of stay with higher safety.
