Objective: To probe into the clinical effects of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Kasai portoenterostomy in the treatment of neonatal biliary atresia. Methods: Totally 120 neonates with biliary atresia admitted to our hospital from Mar. 2015 to Jan. 2018 were selected to be divided into the observation group and the control group via the random number table
with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given Kasai portoenterostomy
while the observation group received Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Kasai portoenterostomy. Efficacy
blood biochemical indicators such as total bilirubin (TBIL)
aspartic transaminase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT)
liver fibrosis indicators such as laminin (LN)
hyaluronic acid (HA)
procollagen Ⅲ (PC-Ⅲ) and type Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C)
cytokines such as interleukin (IL)-18
tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β and adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared. Results: After one year of treatment
the effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%
higher than 75.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After one year of treatment
the levels of TBIL
AST
ALT
LN
HA
PC-Ⅲ
Ⅳ-C
IL-18
TNF-α and TGF-β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Compared with Kasai portoenterostomy alone
the efficacy of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Kasai portoenterostomy in the treatment of biliary atresia is more remarkable
