摘要

目的：建立采高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定止痒消炎水中蛇床子素含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC法，以蛇床子素为目标成分，色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），流动相为乙腈-水（65:35），流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为35 ℃，检测波长为322 nm，进样量10 μL。结果：蛇床子素在15.936~63.744 μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 9），平均回收率100.6%（n=6）。三批样品含量测定结果显示，本品每毫升含蛇床子素0.291 mg。结论：本方法专属性强，重现性好，结果准确，操作简便，可作为止痒消炎水中蛇床子素的含量测定方法

Abstract

Objective: To establish the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of osthole in relieving itching anti-inflammation fluid. Methods: HPLC was used with osthole as the reference substance. The chromatographic column was ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm

with injection volume of 10 μL. Results: The linear range of osthol was 15.936 μg/mL to 63.744 μg/mL (r=0.999

and the average recovery was 100.6% (n=6). The average content of osthol in three batches of samples was 0.291 mg/mL. Conclusion: This method is highly specific

reliable and simple

which can be used as the method for the determination of osthole in relieving itching anti-inflammation flu
