摘要

目的:分析腹膜假性黏液瘤（Pseudomyxoma peritonei

PMP）的MRI表现特点

提高对本病的诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的PMP 3例

结合文献对其MRI表现进行分析。结果:3例出现腹盆腔脏器扇贝样压迹

腹腔、盆腔脏器周边多发长T1长T2信号分房黏液团块

合并有网膜、肠系膜浸润

出现网膜饼状改变

少量腹水;增强后腹膜及黏液团块边缘呈延迟对比强化;2例原发肿块来源阑尾

1例来源阑尾或卵巢。结论:PMP的MRI表现具有一定的特征性

充分认识其MRI征象

有利于作出正确的诊断。

Abstract

Objective:To study the MRI display of pseudomyxoma peritonei

and raise the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.Methods:3 cases of pseudomyxoma peritonei had received plain and contrast enhancement MRI check before operation.All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology

and the exhibition of MRI was reviewed and analyzed.Results:Typical exhibition of MRI:all the 3 cases showed abdominal and pelvic organs peripheral scalloping

and abjoint blenn-bolu

combined with infiltrative changes in the mesentery and peritoneal nodules

and with small amount of ascites.Conclusion:The imaging performance of pseudomyxoma peritonei is of certain characteristics

so to learn the MRI display is very helpful to the right diagnosis of pseudomyxoma peritonei.
