Objective:To discuss the relationship among the level of lipoprotein(a)LP(a)
fibrinogen
D-dimer and carotid atherosclerosis in Patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:185 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into no-plaque group
unstable plaque group
stable plaque group with carotid ultrasonography. The levels of LP(a)
fibrinogen
D-dimer were measured. Then the relationship among the serum levels of LP(a)
fibrnogen
D-dimer and Carotid atherosclerosis was analyzed. Results:The serum level of LP(a) in unstable plaque group was higher than in stable plaque group(P<0.01);The levels of LP(a) was positively related to fibrinogen and D-dimer in the patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis. Conclusion:The increase of LP(a) is closely related to carotid unstable plaque. It have inportant clinical significance to prevent cerebral infarction and reduce it recurrence by detecting level of LP(a) to predict risk of cerebral infarction.
