摘要

目的:探讨应用游离股前外侧皮瓣修复四肢大面积皮肤软组织缺损的临床经验。方法:2008年4月-2010年12月采用游离股前外侧皮瓣修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损13例

单纯皮瓣修复9例

阔筋膜成型修复肌腱缺损3例

桥式交叉修复小腿皮肤缺损1例。结果:术后皮瓣全部成活

平均随访3

4个月

4例臃肿6个月后整形

皮瓣外观及肢体局部功能良好

均恢复了保护性感觉。结论:游离股前外侧皮瓣血供丰富

是修复四肢大面积皮肤软组织缺损的理想皮瓣。

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of free anterolateral femoral flaps to repair widespread defects of soft tissue in extremities.Methods:13 cases were treated with free anterolateral femoral flaps between April 2008 and December 2010.There were 9 cases of simple flaps

3 cases of repairing tendon defect with fascia lata

and 1 case of cross-bridge flap to repair soft tissue defect of lower leg.Results:All flaps survived and followed up for 3 to 24 months.Swelling of the flap occurred in 4 cases and got reshaped 6 months later.The outline and function and protective sensation were repaired satisfactorily at last.Conclusion:The anterolateral femoral skin flaps have sufficient blood supply.It is an ideal method to repair large area of skin defects of extremities.
