摘要

目的:研究Raf-1激酶抑制蛋白（Raf-1 kinase inhibitor protein

RKIP）在胃肠道间质瘤（Gastrointestinal stromal tumor

GIST）中的表达及其与GIST生物学行为的关系

为预测该肿瘤的侵袭潜能提供理论依据和可能的预测指标。方法:收集24例手术和内镜黏膜下剥离术（Endoscopic submucosal dissection

ESD）切除的GIST标本

应用免疫组织化学法检测标本中RKIP蛋白的表达

结合病理形态学及生物学行为评价进行统计学分析。结果:24例GIST中

RKIP蛋白在极低度侵袭危险性（VLR）组、低度侵袭危险性（LR）组、中度侵袭危险性（IR）组、高度侵袭危险性（HR）组中的表达呈逐渐减低趋势

且VLR组分别与IR组和HR组比较

差异有统计学意义（P<0.008 3）;LR组分别与IR组和HR组比较

差异有统计学意义（P<0.008 3）;而VLR组和LR组比较、IR组和HR组比较

差异无统计学意义（P>0.008 3）。结论:RKIP蛋白表达与GIST的侵袭行为有关

检测RKIP表达可作为GIST侵袭潜能评价的有效指标之一。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the expression of Raf-1 kinase inhibitor protein(RKIP) in human gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST)

and discuss the relationship between their expression and clincopathological characteristics.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of RKIP in 24 cases of GIST.Their relations with histomorphology and biological behavior were analyzed statistically.Results:In 24 cases of GIST

the expression of RKIP in the Fletcher degree VLR、LR、IR、HR groups were decreasing gradually

and the VLR、LR groups were inversely correlated with the Fletcher degree IR and HR groups(P< 0.008 3).Conclusion:These data showed the expression of RKIP were related to the oncogenesis and progression of GIST.RKIP may be one of the prognostic indicators in GIST.
