摘要

目的:探讨地佐辛复合芬太尼及丙泊酚用于无病人流术的临床效果。方法:2007年2月-2010年10月收治的自愿施行无痛人流手术的孕妇86例

随机分为2组:对照组应用芬太尼+丙泊酚麻醉

观察组应用地佐辛+芬太尼+丙泊酚麻醉

观察HR、MAP、SpO2、术毕意识恢复情况、术后宫缩痛、不良反应等状况。结果:2组意识消失时间、意识恢复时间、术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）

观察组宫颈口松弛度较对照组满意（P<0.05）;诱导前后MAP、HR、SpO2的变化

2组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;2组间不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（9.3%与30.2%

χ2=5.939

P=0.028）。结论:地佐辛复合芬太尼及丙泊酚用于无痛人流是一种较理想的无痛人流方法。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of dezocine combined with fentanyl and propofol on induced abortion.Methods:From Feb 2007 to Oct 2010

86 early pregnancy women

undergoing induced abortion

were randomly divided into two groups:observed group undergoing the intravenous anesthesia by dezocine combined with fentanyl and qaAQ+96’+propofol

and control group receiving fentanyl and propofol.The mean artery pressure(MAP)

heart rate(HR)

pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2)

revival time

pain of uterus contraction after operation

and side effect were recorded.Results: There were no significant difference in consciousness extinction time and recovery time

blood loss of operation

MAP

HR and SpO2 in both groups.However

the cervix chalasis degree in the observed group was better than that in the control group.The incidence of side effect in the control group was higher than that in the observed group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Dezocine combined with fentanyl and propofol is an ideal method for aesthesia in induced abortion.
