Objective:To conduct aggregate analysis of the clinical features and therapy effects of critical A H1N1 influenza cases.Methods:The clinical features of 16 cases of critical A H1N1 influenza were dynamically observed

and the therapy effects were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In the 16 cases

6 were male and the others were female;all of the 16 cases had lung infection.All the cases had fever

and the average persistence time from onset to admission was 3.64 days;the general symptoms were common

including cough

hypodynamia

muscle ache

chest distress

and nausea.Early anti-virus and 3-7days of low-dose glucocorticoids therapies

and immunity enhancement and antibacterial therapies in later period gained success in some cases.The intimate cooperation of multi-department staff and refined therapy were very important.Conclusion:The virulence and mortality of A H1N1 influenza is similar to seasonal influenza.As to critical A H1N1 influenza cases

we should afford inchoate anti-virus

and antibacterial therapy and subtle intensive therapy in later period to improve survival.
