摘要

目的:探讨体外汉黄芩素对肺癌细胞株A549增殖、侵袭及凋亡的影响。方法:应用MTT（噻唑蓝）法检测汉黄芩素对于A549细胞增殖活性;用形态学方法观察汉黄芩素对A549细胞的促凋亡作用;应用Transwell法观察细胞侵袭能力。结果:汉黄芩素对A549细胞增殖和侵袭活性具有明显抑制作用

对肺癌细胞有明显促凋亡作用

镜下可见染色体聚集及细胞核碎裂。结论:汉黄芩素对肺癌A549细胞的增殖迁移均有明显抑制作用并可促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。

Abstract

Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of wogonin on proliferation

invasion ability and pro-apoptotic activity in lung cancer A549 cell line.Methods:MTT chromatometry was employed to determine the influence of wogonin on proliferation of A549 cell.The apoptosis-promoting effect of wogonin on A549 cell was observed by morphological method.The changes of cell invasive ability in vitro were detected by Transwell assay.Results:Wogonin showed significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation and invasive activity of A549 cell line and the apoptosis-promoting effect on lung cancer cells.Conclusion:Wogonin can significantly inhibit proliferation and migration of lung cancer A549 cells and promote the apoptosis of A549 cell line.
