Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of GATA6
ROR2
and STAT3 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC).Methods:Expression of GATA6
ROR2
and STAT3 in 72 cases of BTCC detected by immunohistochemical SP method
and the results were analyzed statistically.Results:(1)The positive expression rate of GATA6 was significantly higher in recurrence group than in unrecurrence group(P<0.05)
while the expression of GATA6 did not increase with the ascended differentiation grade and pathology staging(P>0.05).(2)Positive expression rate of ROR2 in BTCC increased with the increase of differentiation grade and pathology staging(P<0.05)
and the expression rate of ROR2 was higher in recurrence group.(3)Positive rate of STAT3 in BTCC was significantly different among the different differentiation grade group(P<0.05)
and was of no significant difference in pathology staging group and recurrences group(P>0.05).(4)There was a highly significant positive correlation between the expression of ROR2 and STAT3(rs= 0.443
P<0.05)
but there was no significant positive correlation between ROR2 and GATA6
or between STAT3 and GATA6(P>0.05).Conclusion:GATA6
ROR2 and STAT3 might contribute to the development and recurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
