摘要

目的:分析研究血脂异常的危险性因素。方法:对到我院体检中心体检的16538例中老年人分别进行血脂、血糖检查及身高体重的测量

对血脂与血糖、体重指数（Bodymass index

BMI）的相关性进行分析。结果:男性中血脂异常患病率为64.10%

女性中血脂异常患病率为59.34%。无论男性还是女性血脂异常与血糖水平、BMI均呈正相关（P<0.01）。结论:血脂异常与血糖水平、BMI有密切的关系。对体重及血糖的控制能够有效降低血脂异常。

Abstract

Objective:Analyze the risk factors of the abnormal blood lipid.Methods: Analyze the collection of the blood lipids

glucose and the BMI by measuring the blood lipids

height and weight of 16 538 cases in our center.Results:The prevalence of the abnormal blood lipid is 64.10% in males

and the prevalence of the abnormal blood lipid is 59.34% in females.Correlative analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the blood lipids

glucose and the BMI both(P<0.01).Conclusion:The blood lipids has a close relationship with glucose and the BMI.We can reduce the prevalence of the abnormal blood lipid effectively by controlling the body weight and the blood glucose.
