摘要

目的:本研究探讨双侧原发性乳腺癌ER、PR、Her-2、Ki-67的表达及意义。方法:回顾新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2000年～2008年期间38例双侧原发性乳腺癌的临床病理资料

同时选取62例单侧乳腺癌作为对照。结果:①双侧原发性乳腺癌中第一原发癌的组织学分级及淋巴结转移率较第二原发癌高

差别具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。②Her-2在双侧乳腺癌中的阳性表达率较单侧乳腺癌高

差别具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;ER、PR在双侧乳腺癌中的阳性表达率较单侧乳腺癌低

Ki-67在双侧乳腺癌中的阳性表达率较单侧乳腺癌高

但均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:Her-2可能与双侧原发性乳腺癌发病有关

并可能成为高危患者的预测因子。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of ER

Her-2

Ki-67 in bilateral primary breast cancer(BPBC) and unilateral primary breast cancer(UPBC).Methods:From January 2000 to December 2008

the clinical and pathological data of 38 cases with BPBC were studied retrospectively

and compared with 62 cases of UPBC

Which admitted to Xingjiang Medical University affiliated Cancer Hospital.Results:①In BPBC

the tissue grade and lymph nodes metastasis rate of the first primary cancer were significantly higher than the second primary cancer(P<0.05).②The positive rate of Her-2 in BPBC was higher than UPBC

there was significant difference(P<0.05).The positive rate of ER、

PR in BPBC was lower than UPBC

The positive rate of Ki-67 in BPBC was higher than UPBC

but there was both no significant difference between BPBC and UPBC(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Her-2 correlated to BPBC

and it is possible to become prognostic factors of dangerous patients.
