摘要

目的:探讨Artemin对胰腺癌细胞增殖与侵袭的影响。方法:以0、10、100ng/ml Artemin处理胰腺癌PDAC细胞株24、48、72 h后

MTT法检测其对PDAC细胞的生长抑制作用。应用Transwell小室进行人工重组基底膜（Matrigel）侵袭实验

观察胰腺癌对PDAC细胞侵袭的影响。结果:MTT实验结果表明

Artemin对PDAC-1细胞增殖有一定抑制作用

但随时间延长和药物浓度加大其抑制效应增强不显著。Artemin处理后PDAC-1细胞侵袭能力增加。结论:Artemin对胰腺癌的增殖影响不明显

但能增加癌细胞的侵袭性。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of Artemin on the proliferation and invasion of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) cell line.Methods:PANC cells were treated with 0

100 ng/ml Artemin for 24

and 72 h

respectively.Proliferation of cells were measured with MTT assay.Invasion of cells were evaluated with Transwell chamber.Results:After being treated with Artemin

the proliferation of PANC cells was slightly inhibited

but not in a time and dose-dependent manner.The invasion of PANC cells was increased.Conclusion:Artemin may not associated with proliferation in PDAC

but increased cancer cell invasion.
