摘要

目的:观察联合治疗创伤致自身敏感性皮炎疗效。方法:选择创伤致自身敏感性皮炎的患者采用换药、手术、激素等方法以消除创面及治疗自身敏感性皮炎。结果:本组89例患者经治疗后创面及自身敏感性皮炎全部愈合

无明显并发症发生。结论:换药、手术、激素等联合法效果肯定

是一种颇佳的治疗创伤致自身敏感性皮炎方法。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of therapeutic alliance for autosensitization dermatitis.Methods:The patients with autosensitization dermatitis caused by trauma were selected

and treated with dressing

surgery

and hormone in combination.Results:89 patients were cured

with no obvious complications.Conclusion:The combined therapy proves to be effective to treat autosensitization dermatitis caused by trauma.
