摘要

目的:探讨腹腔镜全腹膜外无张力疝修补术（Totally extraperitoneal prosthetics

TEP）的操作体会。方法:我院普外科于2009年2月至12月期间收治的17例腹股沟疝患者（其中12例斜疝

5例直疝）采用TEP方法行腹股沟疝无张力修补

回顾分析其临床资料

包括材料选择、手术步骤、术后处理和并发症情况。结果:17例患者均顺利完成手术

手术时间30～180 min

术中失血15～100 ml

发生并发症4例

3例阴囊气肿

1例腹股沟区血清肿。结论:TEP手术创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、效果好

值得推广

但其操作复杂

需要手术者有充分认识。

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the clinic experiences of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal prosthetics(TEP).Methods:From Februarey to December

2009

17 patients with inguinal hernia(12 indirect inguinal hernias and 5 direct inguinal hernias) treated with TEP.the data of these patients was retrospective analyzed

including mesh material

surgical procedure

postoperation treatment and complications.Results:All 17 operations have been completed successful.The operation time lasted form 30 to 180 minutes.The intraoperative blood lose was 15～100 ml.There are 4 complications

include 3 cases of scrotum emphysema and 1 case of inguinal seroma.Conclusion:Laparoscopic totally extroperitoneal prosthetics has less wounded

less painful

and faster recovered.It’s worth to be spreaded

but need to be payed more attention of handling difficultly.
