摘要

目的:比较Mayer苏木精和Harris苏木精染液在免疫组织化学复染中的效果

提高免疫组织化学染色质量。方法:采用相同的染色方法分别将两种苏木精染液用于心肌、大脑等多种石蜡切片的SP、SABC免疫组化复染

对比两种染液染色结果。结果:Mayer苏木精复染后的切片细胞核呈深蓝色

细胞浆及周围环境却没有附着色

核质对比清晰。结论:Mayer苏木精染液在免疫组化复染中效果明显优于Harris苏木精。

Abstract

Objective:To compare the consequence ofimmunohistochemistrywith Mayer hematoxylin and Harris hematoxylin followed-staining

and to improve the quality of immunohistochemistry staining.Methods:Two types of hematoxylin were used with the same methodin immunohistochemistry of cardiac muscle and brain

and the results:of followed-staining were compared.Results:The cytoblast withMayer hematoxylin follow-staining was dark blue

but the cytoplasm and the background were not stained

and the difference betweencytoplasm and cytoblast was clear.Conclusion:Mayer hematoxylin followed-staining has better Results than Harris hematoxylin inimmunohistochemistry.
