摘要

目的:探讨锁定加压钢板（Locking compression plate

LCP）内固定治疗桡骨远端关节内、不稳定骨折的方法及其效果。方法:掌侧LCP治疗30例桡骨远端关节内、不稳定性骨折（按AO/ASIF桡骨远端骨折分类:属B2型4例

B3型9例

C1型7例

C2型8例

C3型2例）患者。结果:随访6～24个月（平均12个月）

腕关节功能按Sarmiento标准评定

优17例、良9例、可3例、差1例。采用腕关节功能及X线片测量指标进行综合评定:优19例

良8例

差3例

优良率达90%。结论:对桡骨远端关节内、不稳定性骨折

掌侧LCP是一种安全有效的治疗方法

可有效防止复位丢失、减少结构性植骨、避免肌腱激惹等并发症。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the method and evaluate the efect of LCP fixation for intraarticular and unstable distal radial fractures. Methods:Thirty patients with the fractures were treated with LCP.According to AO classification

there were 4 cases of type B2 fractures

9 cases of type B3

7 cases of type C1

8 cases of type C2

2 cases of type C3.Results:Followed up from 6 to 24 months(average12 months )

17 patients achieved excellent

9 good and 3 fair with 1 poor

accordingtoSarmientoscale.Clinical outcome was alsoevaluated by X ray and wrist function assessment.There were 19 cases graded as excellent

and 3 cases as poor.The overall satisfaction rate was 90%.Conclusion:Volar LCP fixation is a safe and effective treatment for intraarticular and unstable distal radial fractures

which could prevent reduction lost

reduce need for bone grafting and avoid tendon irritation.
