摘要

目的:研究中国人群二甲基精氨酸二甲基氨基酸水解酶（Dimethyl arginine dimethyl amion acid hydrolase

DDAH2）基因单核苷酸多态性与冠心病的关系。方法:从山西医科大学第二医院选取冠心病患者165例和匹配的对照组192例。并记录所有研究对象的病史、体格检查等临床资料及其它流行病学资料

采取连接酶检测反应（Ligase detection reaction

LDR）-测序分型方法检测各组基因rs2272592位点C/T的基因型并统计各组的基因型频率。结果:冠心病组rs2272592基因型频率与对照组之间相比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:DDAH2基因rs2272592点C/T多态性可能与中国人冠心病发病不相关。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of DDAH2 gene and coronary heart disease(CHD)in Chinese population. Methods:The ligase detection reaction(LDR)was used to detect genotype of SNP rs2272592 in the 192 controls and 165 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Results:The frequency ofrs2272592 CT+TT or T allele had not significant difference between CHD and control (P>0.05). These results were independent of age

gender

hypertension

diabetes and hyperlipidemia. The frequency of this polymorphism was consistent with the law of Hardy-Weinberg. Conclusion:The rs2272592 polymorphism of DDAH2 gene might not be related to the disease of coronary heart disease(CHD)in chinese.
