摘要

目的:探讨综合镇静护理在4岁以下癫痫患儿磁共振成像（Magnatic resonance imaging

MRI）检查中的有效性。方法:采用随机分组的原则

将180例受试者分为实验组和对照组

实验组采用综合镇静护理方法

对照组采用常规镇静护理方法。分析两组患儿从服镇静剂到入睡所需的时间、一次定位扫描成功的例数及镇静有效率。结果:实验组患儿从服镇静剂到入睡所需的时间较对照组短

具有统计学意义（P<0.01）

实验组患儿一次定位检查成功的例数明显较对照组多

具有统计学意义（P<0.01）

实验组镇静有效率较对照组高

具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:在4岁以下癫痫患儿MRI检查中

口头及文字宣教检查前准备事项、药物镇静前一定时间内限制患儿睡眠及口服加单糖浆的10%水合氯醛等综合镇静护理的效果明显优于单纯常规药物镇静护理。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the efficiency of comprehensive sedation nursing in MRI examination to the epilepsy children underthe age of 4.Methods:180 children were randomly divided into the test group and the control group.The test group was given comprehensive sedation nursing

while the control group was only given the simple drug sedation by oral medicine called 10%chloral hydrate.The effective rate

the time children fell to sleep after given the drug and one-time success rate were recorded and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The effective rate

which include gaving a introducton about preparations for MRI by oral and writing

preventing the child from falling to sleep ahead of the drug-sedation and taking medicine of 10%chloral hydrate

etc

was more effective than simple-drug sedation care in MRI examination to the epilepsy children under the age of 4.
