摘要

目的:观察孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂吸入治疗儿童中重度哮喘的效果。方法:应用孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂吸入治疗4～14岁非急性发作期中、重度哮喘38例

与对照组应用沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂吸入治疗30例作比较

同时监测肺功能。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.1%、70%。2组治疗3个月后肺功能第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）

与治疗前相比

均有显著提高（P均<0.01）。结论:应用孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂吸入治疗儿童中重度哮喘具有显著提高哮喘的疗效

不良反应小

安全性高

病人易接受

依丛性好等优点。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of montelukast combined salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder in children with moderate to severe asthma.Methods:38 patients of 4～14 years old with severe asthma in non-acute attack period were treated with Montelukast combined salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder and 30 cases in the control group received salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder.The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 92.1%and 70%respectively.Lung function in the two groups after 3 months in 1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)were significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Montelukast combined salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder inhalation therapy in children with asthma significantly improved asthma and easily accepted by the advantages of good bundle.
