Objective:To investigate the induction of antitumor response and its immune mechanism by H
22
cell-derived heat shocked Exosomes(HS-Exo).Methods:The mice were immunized by H
22
cell-derived Exosomes and HS-Exo
then inoculated with the wild type H
22
and finally the tumor growth were observed.Lymphocyte proliferation and specific cytotoxic activity of mice splenic cells was determined by MTT.Infiltration of lymphocytes in tumor tissues was analyzed by immuno-histochemical staining of CD

+
CD

+
.Results: The tumor size was smaller in HS-Exo group(P
<
0.05).HS-Exo could induce more lymphocyte proliferation(P
<
0.05).HS-Exo could generate stronger specific cytotoxic spleen lymphocyte response.Obviously increased infiltrations of CD

CD

T cells were observed in the tumor sites of HS-Exo group(P
<
0.05).And HS-Exo was more effective to restrain tumor growth(P
<
0.05).Conclusion:Vaccination of H
22
cell-derived HS-Exo is more effective in the induction of protective immunity and could exert better effect on H
