Objective:To analyze the CT features of gastrointestinal stromaltumors(GISTS)and prediction of malignant risk from CT features.Methods:The medical records of35 patients with pathologicaly and immunohistochemically proven GISTS by surgery or biopsy at our institution were reviewed.Two radiologists retrospectively reviewed the CT findings

showed statistical significance(P<0.05).With the use of multivariate stepwise logistic regression analysis only tumors’size had statistical significance and(P=0.033<0.05).Conclusion:CT features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors have specificity

only tumors’size had predictive value with respect to tumors’ malignant risk.
