摘要

目的:探讨术前介入化疗对大肠癌Smad4表达的影响。方法:应用免疫组化SP技术对15例经术前介入化疗的进展期大肠癌标本进行Smad4检测

并以18例经全身静脉化疗及21例未经化疗进展期大肠癌作为对照。结果:在3个组中Smad4的表达呈递增趋势（P<0.05）

其阳性率为未经化疗的空白对照组19.0%（4/21）、全身静脉化疗组61.1%（11/18）、介入化疗组93.3%（14/15）（P<0.05）。结论:术前介入化疗可使进展期大肠癌组织中Smad4表达明显增高

术前介入化疗可作为比全身静脉化疗更为有效的一种治疗进展期大肠癌的辅助化疗手段。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of preoperative intraarterial infusion chemotherapy on the expression of Smad4 in colorectal carcinoma.Methods:15 cases of advanced colorectal carcinoma were treated with preoperative intraarterial infusion chemotherapy

18 cases treated with systemic chemotherapy and 21 cases treated with operation served as the control group.The expression of Smad4 was detected by immunohistochemic S-P method.Result:Among the three groups

the expression level of Smad4 gradually increased(P<0.05).Positive expression of Smad4 in three groups were 19.0%(4/21)(operation served)

61.1% (11/18) (vein chemotherapy) and hespectively 93.3% (14/15) (preoperative intraarterial infusion chemotherapy) (P<0.05). Conclusion:Preoperative intraarterial infusion chemotherapy could induce the high level of Smad4 expression

so it could be a more effective chemotherapy than systemic chemotherapy.
